Boiled eggs are useful for many meal ideas, or just for carry around as an easy to eat high protein snack. Many times when I worked as a security guard for the Australian Prime Ministers functions some of the federal Police guys would come up...
and check what I had in my pockets, often I would proceed to pull out a dozen boiled eggs from various pockets in my suit as we only had one meal break in a 8 hour day and I still needed to get my protein in. Besides that boiled eggs can be used in sandwiches and salads, or as a side dish to a cold lunch.
Ingredients: Eggs
Preparation: Put the eggs into a pan, cover the eggs in water, put the lid on the pan (to heat the water faster), turn on heat. Boil eggs for 3 to 10 minutes, anything over five minutes should produce hard boiled eggs (the yellow is cooked hard), 2-3 minutes should give you soft boiled eggs (with the yellow still liquid - ideal for dipping your toast into)
