Tuna And Tomato Shake

Tinned Tuna - the age old bodybuilder's nemisis. A constant, but often disliked, part of the diet. Cheap, effective, clean protein but the taste needs to be disguised after a few months of dieting...

That is where the Tuna shake comes in, better than a normal shake as it is still real food with the benefit of being easy to get down or to take with you and have quickly if you don't have time to eat.


Ingredients:
185 Gram Tin of Tuna in Springwater (4/10 lb)
Tomato Juice (or V8 Vegetable Juice)
Pepper
Tobasco Sauce (optional)

Preparation:
Put the Tomato juice, tuna and a sprinkle of pepper into the blender. Blend. Drink.

Easiest way to 'eat' tuna yet isn't it?
