Tuna And Fruit Breakfast

Another very simple meal idea, rather than a recipe, as there is no cooking involved. Being so quick and easy it is a favourite breakfast of mine...

I like this for breakfast as it takes little thought and next to no preparation, which is good for me as I always wake up hungry, often I wake up due to hunger.

Besides being quick and easy to prepare it is also quick and easy to eat and to digest and full of nutrients, just ask any raw food proponent how good uncooked foods are for you.

Pineapple also has digestive enzymes in it, you can buy powdered pineapple to use as a meat tenderiser. Try it next time you are having troubles eating all the food your diet requires. Eat 1/4 pineapple 15 minutes before the meal, or with each meal and notice the difference.

Fullfilling your bodybuilding meal requirements yet at the same time making way for a more substantial meal sooner.


Ingredients:

185 gram Tin of Tuna in springwater or brine (not oil)(4/10 lb)
1/4 Pineapple
1/2 Watermelon
2 Bananas

Cup Of Coffee (optional)

(use any other fruits you desire or are available cheaply)


Preparation:

Open the tin of tuna and drain the excess water out, put aside.

Cut the pineapple into cubes, cut the watermelon into cubes, cut the bananas into pieces. Put on a plate.

Put the tuna tin on the plate and eat the tuna and fruit.

I use a coffee to help wash the tuna taste out of my mouth and to wash it down.
