A very easy, very quick meal that requires no cooking. An instant meal I guess. A very easy breakfast for someone in a rush, but better as a high carbohydrate meal (oats, fruit, lactose) after training with just enough protein for a bodybuilders meal.
Ingredients: 1.5 Cups of Instant Oats Banana or two Raisins, handful 125ml Yoghurt, natural low fat organic (1/4 pint) Skim Milk - 1/2 litre (1 pint) Teaspoon Brown Sugar (optional)
Preparation: Pour the oats into a bowl, cut the banana(s) into small pieces and add to bowl. Drop a handful of raisins on top, add a big dollop of yoghurt on top, sprinkle sugar on top i so desired. Pour milk on top and eat.
You can add a variety of different fruits, bran, crushed nuts, edible seeds, pretty much anything you desire. Even the flavoured and sweetened yoghurts can be used to add flavour to the meal.
