When you get a new frying pan you should prepare it first before using it to cook in. This same preparation step should be taken from time to time to keep the pan in good condition, so you can use a minimum of oil to cook your foods in. |

Rice bubbles, rice krispies, puffed rice it takes a full packet of them to even come close to filling you. You are eating 90% air puffed into the rice grain. So here's how we get around this annoying limitation of having to eat a whole packet of Rice Krispies in one sitting.... We make our own...

Once when we were teenagers having a bodybuilding sunday (talking about training then training then eating together) it was self serve fried egg sandwiches, one fellow walked into the kitchen for about 5 minutes then walked back into the living room and stunned us with the question "How do you fry an egg?" This 'recipe' is for those just starting out cooking and looking after themselves...

Cheese is a good source of protein, not that orange gunk that Americans put on hamburgers, but real cheese, made from milk without soy fillers (yes they do!), added fats and sugars (you're not surprised are you?). When I was in Paris with some good friends I was introduced to a massive variety of different, very tasty, cheeses

Chopped liver, an old English breakfast high in various B group vitamins. As children we'd be fed this every now and then to ensure we were getting enough B vitamins. By cooking the liver in bacon and onion it helps the liver take on a better flavour.

This is one of my favourite easy to eat recipes. I find the cream corn 'gravy' suits the chicken breast perfectly (obviously as many soup mixes come as chicken and corn)...
