A simple ham and egg roll turned into something much more, a full meal in fact in one roll. Wrap it in cling wrap (Saran wrap) and take it with you. Just like "Subway" for a bodybuilder... |

For some reason Americans seem to associate Egg Nog with Thanksgiving or Christmas, I have no idea why. As a young lad back in Australia when I was hungry between meals and pestering Mum for what I could eat she'd tell me to go make an Egg Nog drink... |

An ideal post workout 'meal' quick and easy to prepare and being a drink it is easy to intake after a workout if you are dehydrated. High in nutrients with raw fruits, high in simple carbohydrates and high quality protein rounds this out to make it a good healthy meal...

Boiled eggs are useful for many meal ideas, or just for carry around as an easy to eat high protein snack. Many times when I worked as a security guard for the Australian Prime Ministers functions some of the federal Police guys would come up...

This is an easy breakfast meal that I like. Easy to prepare, easy to cook and easy to eat. Seeing as many people have difficulty eating a decent breakfast due to past conditioning this breakfast should solve that problem, as it is sweet, very light and easy to digest, in fact you barely even need to chew it.

Once when we were teenagers having a bodybuilding sunday (talking about training then training then eating together) it was self serve fried egg sandwiches, one fellow walked into the kitchen for about 5 minutes then walked back into the living room and stunned us with the question "How do you fry an egg?" This 'recipe' is for those just starting out cooking and looking after themselves...
