Once when we were teenagers having a bodybuilding sunday (talking about training then training then eating together) it was self serve fried egg sandwiches, one fellow walked into the kitchen for about 5 minutes then walked back into the living room and stunned us with the question "How do you fry an egg?" This 'recipe' is for those just starting out cooking and looking after themselves...
Ingredients: Several Eggs Extra Virgin Olive Oil for cooking
Preparation: Heat the pan, put a splash of oil in the pan, break an egg (or more) into the pan. Cook the egg until the clear turns white, then continue to cook or flip the egg in the pan to cook the yellow, depending upon the style you want. That's it, serve it on bread, on top of rice with soy sauce, have six fried eggs on their own as a meal, there are many meal combinations where you can use a fried egg. Eggs are one of the easiest, most versatile meals you can learn to cook.
