This is an easy breakfast meal that I like. Easy to prepare, easy to cook and easy to eat. Seeing as many people have difficulty eating a decent breakfast due to past conditioning this breakfast should solve that problem, as it is sweet, very light and easy to digest, in fact you barely even need to chew it.
Ingredients: 2 Bananas 6-8 Egg Whites + 1 Yolk Teaspoon of Sugar (any type)(optional) Boiled Rice
Preparation: First separate the egg whites, and 1 yolk, scramble these in a bowl and put them aside. Heat the electric fry pan. Peel the bananas and cut them into small pieces, place a splash of water into the pan then put the bananas into the water. Simmer for a few minutes until the bananas turn brown. At this point the bananas are sweeter tasting than ordinary. Add the scrambled egg whites into the pan with the browned diced banana, now you can add the optional teaspoon of sugar, preferrably brown or dark brown sugar. Mix it all together and cook as if you were cooking scrambled eggs. Once the eggs are cooked and hardened serve them over rice. That's it, not really an omlette but it could be made as such, the scrambled egg route is just easier and faster.
