Tall Actor, Conan Stevens, World's Biggest Action Hero !?!

7ft Tall Actor Conan Stevens, official cooking with Conan website. I am an actor, non-competitive bodybuilder and ex- professional wrestler.

Since I was 16 years old I have worked at becoming an Action Movie Star, I joined the Army, I did Karate, some Freestyle Fighting and Pro-Wrestling to learn to fight for real and staged. I put on 78kg (171lbs) of muscle, danced with a national Ballet and wrote and acted in my own successful cinema release action/comedy movie, Bangkok Adrenaline. Besides a 7 year diversion due to a debilitating nerve injury everything I have done has been to achieve this goal.

This website is a cookbook for Bodybuilders, Athletes, young guys who can't cook yet. When I first moved out of my family home I could barely cook anything and as such had to eat the same 7 meals everyday until I was literally sick of them, as in it got so bad that when I ate scrambled eggs I actually threw up after the second spoonful. Hopefully there are a bunch of guys out there like me who need to learn how to cook.
